Faye Karanikas

Hi, I am Faye Karanikas. I am a third generation hair stylist from Greece.  My father and my grandfather before him channeled their creative energies into hair styling. Before going to help in the salon, my mother always gave me a little red multi vitamin.  Rather than taking the pill I would melt it in my mouth and use the red coloring to add a tint to my lips!  You can say fashion and style is in my blood!  I cannot help myself - I see inspiration everywhere I look. 

I studied art as a young girl and I developed an eye for my passion – color. Dimensional high lights or beautiful all over color can compliment the skin tone and take years off the face! I was trained in hair cutting using the Vidal Sassoon method. I am also trained in the Helix method of cutting hair using the revolutionary curved shears.  I loved this technique so much I became an educator for the company! By blending my technical skills, and my creativity I create personalized designs for each client.
